Eric Clingan is a co-creator and co-presenter of the
annual legal seminar, “The Criminal Trial
from Start to Finish in Virginia: The Defense.”
He received his law degree from the University of Arizona,
and is licensed to practice before all Virginia Courts,
Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court. Mr.
Clingan’s practice is concentrated in the areas
of criminal defense, traffic law, family law, personal
injury, and Landlord-Tenant disputes. As a trial attorney,
Mr. Clingan represents clients before juries and judges
throughout Virginia. As an appellate attorney, Mr. Clingan
represents individuals before the Virginia Court of
Appeals and the Supreme Court.
In his spare time, Mr. Clingan has enjoyed working in
his community as a football referee and baseball umpire
for Fairfax and Arlington youth sports programs.

Travis Tull is a partner of the firm and focuses his
practice on Criminal Defense and Family Law. Also, Mr.

Mr. Tull was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia
where he attended Wakefield High School. He is involved

Professional/Personal Highlights:
A native of Northern Virginia, Darwyn Easley graduated
from Wakefield High School in Arlington, and thereafter
joined the United States Army. Upon honorable discharge
from the military, Mr. Easley graduated from both Northern
Virginia Community College and George Mason University,
with honors. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from
The Catholic University, Columbus School of Law.
Mr. Easley is a seasoned litigator who knows his way
around a courtroom. He is a former Judicial Law Clerk
for the Arlington County Circuit Court and former Assistant
Public Defender in Fairfax. With a concentration on
Criminal/Traffic Defense, Mr. Easley has successfully
represented numerous clients in matters ranging from
mere traffic infractions to misdemeanors and serious
felonies. He has also handled high profile and other
sensitive matters, involving high ranking and very influential
clientele, with outstanding results.
When not in court, Mr. Easley loves to laugh and enjoy
himself. He reads, exercises, regularly attends local
sporting events, and always looks forward to spending
quality time with his family.

Amy Tobias is an associate of the firm who focuses her
practice in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense.
She also handles a variety of other civil matters, including
personal injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms.
Tobias clerked for the judges of Arlington County Circuit
Court and served as a Public Defender for the County
of Arlington and the City of Falls Church. She continues
to be involved in many local community theatre productions,
both off and on stage.

Kristina is an associate of the firm who focuses her practice in the area of Family Law, Criminal Defense and other civil matters. She also handles many cases for our Spanish-speaking clients. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cruz gained trial experience while working with the Centre County Public Defender Office in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Ms. Cruz continues to be active in her church and the Metro Washington Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association.
Rossio Gomez, Office Manager

Professional History:
Rossio interned at the Fairfax County General District Court- Court Services conducting interviews to indigent clients who needed a public defender. Other tasks in the court included helping clients by informing them of their new court dates, probationary program (ie; SRP), interpreting. At Clingan Tull Easley, Rossio handles all administrative matters, through the organization and maintenance of daily operations.
Personal History:
Rossio has lived in Northern Virginia for more than 10 years. She graduated from Yorktown High School and then continued her education at Northern Virginia Community College later transferring to George Mason University. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering at the Fairfax County Jail interviewing indigent inmates. She also enjoys volunteering at her church.

Anna is the first person to welcome you when you enter Clingan Tull Easley P.L.L.C. She was born in Dallas, Texas but raised in Fairfax, Virginia. She attended Gar- Field High School. Anna is pursuing her education with an eye toward being an attorney in the field of criminal law. She assists our attorneys and their clients in the preparation of their cases. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her pets, family and friends.
Perla Alvarenga,

Perla works directly with the attorneys of our family law section and is the primary point of contact for our clients handling divorce and/or child custody issues Perla was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She graduated from Woodson High School and plans to continue her education at Northern Virginia Community College. Prior to joining Clingan Tull Easley, Perla worked as an assistant branch manager for Bank of America. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.
